AI is exposing a cognitive gap for leaders.

The volume, velocity, and complexity created by AI now exceed what individual cognition, and traditional management systems, can comfortably handle.

Leaders aren’t underperforming. They’re overloaded.

The answer isn’t more process, information, or strategy. It’s a new way of thinking — and it can be learned.

That’s the intersection I work in: human judgment and artificial intelligence. Designing systems that direct commercial attention. And teaching leaders how to think when AI thinks faster.
